Tlingit & Haida Regional Resources Coordinator Heather Douville from Craig taught people how to make seal oil and crispy seal fat cracklings. Tlingit & Haida Food Security Program Coorindator Xangalaay Claude Young from Hydaburg broke down an entire Sitka blacktail deer.
