Join the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) & I·SPARC for the Food Is Medicine series. March is National Nutrition Month, and the FNHA holds an annual “Food is Medicine” wellness campaign. In March of 2025 they continued to build off the great work that communities have done and continue to do regarding food sovereignty. In March of 2025, they hosted virtual webinars featuring 3 innovative food security and food sovereignty initiatives led by Indigenous food leaders from across BC. In this video the Nuu-chah-nulth Youth Warrior Society presents on the incredible work on the lands and waters, supporting food sovereignty within their communities.
