Resource of Indigenous Cookbooks
The below list of cookbooks was provided to Feed BC by Chef Andrew George and was initially compiled for the Nicola Valley of Institute and Technology library. The cookbooks are either Indigenous cookbooks or cookbooks that contain Indigenous recipes.
