Bridging Cultures for Better Healthcare: How the Ktunaxa Nation is Leading Health Systems Transformation

A unique partnership between the Ktunaxa Nation, regional health authority Interior Health, University of Victoria (UVic), and the University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBC-O) is aiming to change this through the xaȼqanaɬ ʔitkiniɬ research project, which translates as ‘many ways of working on the same thing’ in the Ktunaxa language.
